OAT MILK
Super yummy with muesli or just by itself!

INGREDIENTS:

½ cup oats (50g)

2 cups water (500ml)

½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)

1tbsp maple syrup (optional)
SERVINGS: 500ml
PREP TIME: 15-20 mins
SOAKING TIME: 4 hours
METHOD:

Put your oats into a bowl and submerge them in water.

Leave them to soak in a cool area (but not the fridge).

After soaking, drain the oats and rinse them.

Add the oats, water, and maple syrup to a blender until it's smooth.

The amount of water determines how thick the consistency of your oat milk will be.

Strain the milk using a napkin or sieve into an airtight container.

Store the milk in a fridge and enjoy for up to 5 days.
